Your inputs stay in your browser.
Updated 5 October 2026.
The free website
The calculator runs in your browser. TallyMop has no input-submission endpoint, email collection, advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts on this release. Calculator values are not sent to us and reset when you reload. The hosting service may process standard technical request logs, including network information, as part of delivering the site.
The downloaded Quote Desk
The offline HTML tool makes no network requests. Saved quotes use browser storage on the device where you open the file. They are not cloud backups and do not sync. Clearing browser data, using private mode, changing browser or moving the file may remove access to saved data. Download a JSON backup after each work session and store it securely.
Customer details and exported files remain under your control. Do not store information you do not need. A JSON backup can contain customer references and quote amounts; share it only deliberately.
What the model covers
One cleaning visit, one payment, one tax rate applied to the full pre-tax service price, a common labor cost per person-hour, entered job costs, and a target margin. Currency selection changes display only. No currency conversion, payroll, invoicing, tax filing, local rate database, payments, scheduling or service contract is provided.
Availability
The free calculator is available without an account. The paid download is sold through Gumroad for USD $12 before any applicable checkout taxes. Gumroad handles checkout, payment details and digital delivery under its own privacy policy and terms. Purchase links include campaign labels so Gumroad can attribute visits to this website; calculator inputs are never included. You can contact the seller through the purchase receipt for download or product issues.
